Are taxes to pay when you ship goods between different states in Brazil?

When a company has for instance a factory in the Rio de Janeiro area and wants to ship its goods to the São Paulo area.

• Which taxes need to be paid by the company owning the factory and what needs to be paid by the costumer buying the goods?
