I like to bring my household goods and colector car into Brasil since I am a permanent resident now Do I need to pay the import tax?

I am a permanent resident now in Brasil from Canada and would like to bring my personal household goods, my work tools and my collector (40 years old) to Brasil.

Do I have to pay all the import taxes to bring in this container with my items or am I excempt from paying these taxes since I am immigrating to Brasil.
