What is the duty structure for electrical cables?

We are looking to sell electrical cables of ITC H.S. Code 8544.6090 to a brazilian Importer.

Can you confirm what is the duty structure applicable for import of these products. Also is there any kind of exemption available for these products against any certificate.

We are supplying the same from India.
