Money transfer from the US through LTDA to profit from high interest rates on CD-accounts at the bank.

Is it possible to profit from the high interest rate on CD accounts in Brazil if I transfer money to a friends LTDA in Brasil to put it through his company in a CD for me at his bank?

If not, what other possibilities are there?
