Can you recommend a UK-based speaker to talk about the Brazilian education system at conference of international schools Oct 2013?

I am the conference organiser for the British Association of International Schools and Colleges (BAISC).

I've been asked to find a speaker to talk about the Brazilian education system and opportunities for recruiting Brazilian students aged 12 to 17 to attend academic year / short courses at boarding schools in the UK.

This would be a great opportunity for Brazilian agents to establish links with UK language providers.
