Is Brazil safe for business travelers?
I'm going to Brazil next month and I can't help asking myself the following question: is Brazil safe for business travelers? I'll spend three days in São Paulo, two in Belo Horizonte and another one in Curitiba.

For a business traveler, Brazil is a fairly safe country.
Business travelers choosing to travel by helicopter should be cautious within the city limits of Rio de Janeiro.
Be also careful if you are planning to travel within the favelas in Recife, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, and any area within 150 km of the borders with Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana and Paraguay.
