I need help, someone helped me last time. I need the correct phone number to Secretariat of Finance of State of Para. I really have to find out if I owe property taxes on my land on Marajo Island. No one ever answers the phone there. Who can I ask for at this office?

I also need the correct phone number to INCRA in Belem, Para, no one ever answer the phone. I need my CCIR Certificates. Who can I ask for at INCRA?
