I've found valves under a different NCM. They are classified under NCM 8409.91.11 - Nuclear Reactors, Boilers, Machinery and Mechanical Appliances. You can find the taxation for it here.
As for hydraulic pumps, I believe they would be classified here
I was unable to find the NCM for cylinders too. I believe there is something wrong with these NCM you provided me as they are longer than the usual ones for Mercosul. Nevertheless, give me more details for this cylinder and I'll try to find the NCM for it.
