In Portuguese Health Surveillance Inspection Fee is named Taxa de Fiscalização de Vigilância Sanitária.

The Taxa de Fiscalização de Vigilância Sanitária must be paid by all private individuals and companies who are subjected to Anvisa's regime of health surveillance.

This fee must also be paid with a GRU which can be issued on Anvisas’ webpage. The amount to be paid varies according to the type of petitioning; values up to BRL 50,00 must be paid using a GRU simples; amounts larger than that should be paid using GRU cobrança.
