After paying import duties and taxes will I be taxed again when I resell the product in Brazil?

Once I pay import duties and taxes on an imported product will I be taxed again when I resell the product in Brazil?

I did an import quote using your online quotation system. It gave me 5 separate duties & taxes (Import duty, IPI, ICMS, PIS, COFINS) I assume this give me the total landed cost of importing the product. What happens when I resell in Brazil? Sales Tax??
