Is there duty for burglar alarm systems and accessories like detectors?

Risco os a manufacturing comapny of burglar and security allarm system most of our products made in Israel. Some accessories ( parts ) are made in China. All of our products are under tariff hc 8531 please advise if you can help figur up if there is duty requrments on import of such products from Israel and from China. What will be the complete tarriff for complete system and for parts, like detectors or such kind?
