What is the import tax for electric scooter from China?

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have a customer from Brazil who want to buy our product (electric scooter), which he never import to Brazil, he want us to give one stop service, means including shipping cost and import tax or any other cost. We never sell to Brazil before, hope you can help, please advise the best to deal with this.
