What is the minimum amount of a product needed in order to be levied import taxes on it?

If I were to send a box of body cream to Brazil, what would be the minimum quantity of this product in order to be levied a import tax on it?

Is it 1000 reais of the product or a 1000 euros?

Or there is no minimum anything sent to Brazil has to have import taxes levied to you?
