Everyone who moves to Brazil needs a cpf? Is it related to how long we'll stay in the country?

Obtaining a CPF is mandatory for Brazilians and foreigners, living or not in Brazil, that have assets (properties and investments) in Brazil subject to public registration such as:
- Real state
- Vehicle
- Vessel
- Aircraft
- Stock share
- Banking account
- Financial market investment
- Capital market investment
