Would a work visa be easy to obtain by an American if he was to hire 500-600 Brazilian employees for services work?
I plan on applying for a work visa to purchase a shelf company to start a services business in the telecom sector and was just curious to know if the process would be looked upon more favorable if they knew I was to hire between 500-600 people (10% skilled technical staff and the rest laborers).

It will be easy for you to obtain visa of director of Brazilian company.
However, you need to invest in your company at least 150 00 BRL (abt USD 85 000) and fulfill some other formalities.
