What is the taxes for importing wines?
If I were to import wines to Brazil, what are the costs for importing them charged on the wine?

There are many different classifications for wine depending on type and strength. They are all organised within Chapter 22 of the NCM code system.
Most of the wines have an import duty at 20%.
